So often our customers tell us - "I didn't know you did that!" We offer so many services other than just fixing a vehicle after an accident. This morning when I arrived I work I was greeted with a prime example of that.

Living in Central Wisconsin, our vehicles are often covered in road salt and sand. Not only does this cause our vehicles to look terrible but can cause frustration if that dirt transfers to our clothing because we were loading our groceries and brushed up against that white, salty monster.

With the leaves turning color and the nights getting cooler, many of us begin to think about winter. When I am out visiting with others, so often people say "I'll bet your business is looking forward to the winter?" That is a common misconception in our business.

This morning I had the opportunity to be guest speaker at my BNI chapter. It was a presentation about On-Q Collision. I began my talk with the usual question people ask me when out in public, "What makes you guys so different from the other body shops?"
